As members of the Body of Christ, we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to carry out Our Lord's call to love God, love our neighbors, and share the Gospel through worship, prayer, mission, and the building of deep and lasting relationships in our community and the world.
A number of revisions to the By-Laws of the parish were approved by the Vestry at their meeting on April 20. These revisions were subsequently affirmed by the Annual Parish Meeting on April 25.
This Thursday at 11:00 am we will lay to rest The Rev. Bill McKean, beloved Rector of this parish for over twenty-seven years.
Here is the complete schedule:
Wednesday, April 7, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Viewing at Saint John's Episcopal Church, Glen Mills, PA
Join us as we celebrate the mysteries of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Throughout the week that leads up to Easter, we experience the sorrow and darkness of the crucifixion. On Easter, we see that sorrow vanquished as Our Lord Jesus rises from the grave, defeating both sin and death once and for all.
Many people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s admire Jesus but can't stand Christianity.
Why is that? What do people in emerging generations really think? What is it that the Church isn't getting?
In our new podcast we talk with Anglican Christians about their journeys in faith.
The show is called "Cross Purposes" and we are excited to share it with you. You can find the first episode, along with information about how to subscribe for free, by clicking here.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both traditional and contemporary forms of worship music. Familiarity with Episcopal service and worship resources is preferred.

What does it mean to be an Anglican Christian? Just what is an Episcopalian anyway?
Join us in this four week class as we immerse ourselves in the Anglican tradition. The class is open both to those interested in being confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church and to those who want a refresher.
This class is designed to immerse you in the basics of what it means to be a Christian.
It's a great class for those who are new to the Church, especially those considering being baptized. It's also good for those who want to brush up on the basics. The name is taken from a book by C.
If there was ever a guy who did not take well to religious hypocrisy, it's James!
